“Working with Holley has been a great experience! After losing our house in a fire, she not only found us a great place to live but also negotiated a great price, introduced us to new friends, and really made us feel welcome in Port Townsend. Holley is a great realtor and a caring person with lots of integrity. We are truly grateful and give her the highest recommendation.”
“Holley is a local gem! She is whip smart and knows our community so well. She responds quickly to requests to look at properties, always following up to see if you have questions or want further details. She never pressures you, which is such a relief when making such a big decision as buying or renting a home or business space.”
Holley Carlson is absolutely the best! Patient, competent, knowledgeable. She has the ability to make things happen. We have bought two homes, two condominiums, and sold one home with Holley’s help. All transactions went very smoothly, and several would not have happened without her assistance.
"Holley patiently and pleasantly worked with me long distance to find my house in Port Townsend. I was in China, then in Canada, and we kept the internet crackling for months with the result at last that I now live in a sweet little house in Fowler’s Park/Bell St, a short walk from the Strait. Holley is a fully qualified professional, plus she has an excellent sense of humor. She certainly earned a 5-star recommendation from me.”
