Stacy Marinello is a strategic business and marketing consultant specializing in elevating brokerage performance, brand positioning, and market share within the luxury real estate sector. As the founder of SJ Strategic Consulting, she partners with leadership at The Agency to guide growth strategy, refine brand execution, and unlock higher-level business outcomes across their Seattle and Bellevue operations.

Stacy brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial leadership, marketing innovation, and operational expertise, built over nearly three decades at the forefront of real estate and development marketing. She co-founded Realogics Inc, a Seattle-based consultancy that advised leading architects, developers, and designers on product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. That work evolved into the co-founding of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty—now one of the top-performing Sotheby’s affiliates globally, recognized for its best-in-class marketing, innovative systems, and industry influence.

Her work is both strategic and hands-on—often spanning leadership advisory, deal-level consultation, and real-time problem solving. Known for her ability to quickly assess complex situations and bring clarity to decision-making, Stacy helps her clients move with confidence in competitive, high-stakes environments.
